One way replication with both databases read/write...

Is it possible to set up one way replication between two databases with both the source and target in read - write mode, but only changes to the source being sent to the target, but nothing from the target going back to the source..??   All the doc's refer to target being read only, but I need to write to a few tables in target, without the changes going back to the source(prod) database.  Currently 10.2.0.4, but migrating to 11.2 as soon as possible.

Any hints..??
