What Note can I used in order to know if I can install an OMS version 9.2?

What Note can I used in order to know if I can install an OMS version 9.2? Right now I have OEM version 9.0
Because I have the following monitoring databases versions:
I already checked Note #412431.1 and the following I cannot include in my OMS version 10.2.0.5.
