Error in PO wrokflow process notification
I am facing an issue with my PO workflow.
The PO from the prepareres ID is shown as In Process. However The approver does not have any notification for the same. In the workflow status monitor the workflow is shown as cancelled. What could be the reason for this? I am not able to re submit the workflow.
Is there any way that I can re submit the workflow so that it is again visible to the approver?
The change that had been done was in the user name from name to number in the user definition form.
Any inputs would be helpful.
