Cash Management Bank Account Setup Question

 We are implementing cash management and in the Bank Statement Loader Report I get

335    Error     Bank account XXXX63684352 is not defined.    

          Set up the bank account first.

This is a Payroll account and is setup in the table as type=internal, however I can't view any Payroll accts in AP or CE

1)  Why can't I view Payroll accts in CE or AP?  Is this a security issue?

2)  Do I need to set them up again in AP?  I tried that in another instance and it duplicated all my bank accounts.
