Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Workflow Notification Issue

Hi All,

I am facing a workflow notification issue.

My notification mailers have stopped generating.

The PO Approvers are not getting mails when the PO is sent to them for approval.

The latest change that I did in the system was change the username in the user definition from the name to Employee ID

The fnd_users and workflow tables are synchronized. I executed the Synchronize Workflow request post the change.

Is this issue related to the change in the user name?

The wf_users table shows 2 recods for each user - One where the ORIG_SYSTEM value is FND_USR and one where ORIG_SYSTEM value is PER.
