How do PO's connect with Requisitions

I have been looking thru the e-TRM and trying to walk thru code on the po summary form and I give up.  If I have the po number, how do I figure out what the requisition is for that po number?  Let me clarify, I want to know how they connect via the database tables on version 11.5.10.2 of the Oracle Application
