Auto Delivery on Inspection

 We have a requirement to do automatic 'Delivery' on Inspection of the receipt goods. Today within oracle, after inspection of goods there is an additional step to do the delivery. We want to automate this step. We are using a 3 step process - Receipt -> Inspect -> Deliver. Any suggestions ?
