oracle CPU patch for RAC

 When I apply oracle CPU patch in RAC enviroment and use syntax "crsctl stop crs" it stop VIP and doesn't move current session to second node. So i need down time for the RAC cpu patch and client is not happy with it.

Is there any way to patch CRS_HOME without down time and move session to other node?
