How to configure listener for both 32 bit and 64 bit applications on 11g environment

Starting with Oracle Database 11g release 2 (11.2), extproc32 is no longer available from 64-bit Oracle database install..  Therefore, as a workaround, ct needs assistance to configure both 32-bit and 64-bit listener
note 250178.1, it reference extproc32 which is not in 11g.  and Oracle is suggesting us to have separate homes ( in 11g(32bit) home/bin/extproc) and separate listeners. Please advise how to set up in the listeners or if possible 1 listener.
