Hold Codes - UDC H01/HD

 There seems to be confusion regarding the values entered in the UDC H01/HD. Here are the following values: 0 - No
1 - Yes
2 - Hold Payment allow voucher
N - No
Y - Y
<b> - Blank

I found a SAR that explains some of the above values. It looks like 1 and Y mean the same thing. But what about 2, N and 0? 0 is not defined. What should be the valid values:  0, 1, 2 and blank? Is the Y and N left over World values? There should be a documentation SAR entered to clean this up.
