I can't create standby controlfile.

 When i trying to create a standby controlfile with ' Rman>backup current controlfile for standby format 'path'  

there will be belong message in my alter log:

ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE 'srl2.f' SIZE 52428800;
ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE 'srl3.f' SIZE 52428800;
ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE 'srl4.f' SIZE 52428800;
