Oracle TNS 12514 deploying server 2008 remote app

Hello, could anyone help. I've ran into a slight issue when trying to run a remote application over terminal server 2008 enterprise edition when logging into our application that is sitting on Oracle 10g R2.

We have three servers in the farm running 2008 ent. These are configured with session broker and I have configured each machine with our application runtime that accesses the 10g instance on a windows clustered db server. I've configured the terminal servers to distribute the remote application via an rdp file. This file has been distributed to windows xp professional 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit workstations. The rdp connects and logs in with credenatials then the application fires up and I get to the login screen. Here's the problem, when I try to login I get the ORA-12514 error.

Howdy, Stranger!
