How to configure a product to be rated as last product of an account?

 Hi , I have a requirement to rate an cycle forward product at the end,  that is after rating all other products of an account. I will call this product as ‘special product’ . I have one plan with 3 deals,  one of these 3 deals can have the special product. I can set the priority as zero (0)  low level. But this priority applicable to the deal that contains the special product, this product is rated last in the deal. But there is no guaranty that this deal will be picked up at the end.
How do I configure such requirement from pricing center.
