UNEXPECTED CONSISTENCY

 G'Day All,

Greetings and best wishes.

I found my OVMManager Server with the following error:

/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00:UNEXPECTED CONSISTENCY; Run fsck MANUALLY.

I ran fsck and answered yes for the prompts to fix and clear. After the Pass 1B: Rescanning for multiply-claimed blocks, nothing happens after this line:

[<c0405c53>]kernel_thread_helper=0x7/0x10.

Hard reboot of the computer eventually displays the UNEXPECTED CONSISTENCY.

As a result of this, my two OVMServers and their hosted VM and down.

Please send me pointers.
