Email - SMTP - phantom values
Our Agile Admin team asked me to post this question to Oracle.
Users are getting notifications from "agile@pleuxs.com [mailto:agile@plexus.com]" that they need to approve an item that is several months old and complete. They complain to us about this every time we turn on e-mail in one of our test environments. Is it possible that Notifications stores the production mail url with the un approved record in production and then is transferred to test /PY when we do a snap shot of the data? Is there a way to clear this 'Phantom cache' so we can stop invalid notices from going out?
