Enterprise Manager vs DBConsole Database Resource Manager

Hello, Is there any resource monitors in grid Control (I have found one in the DBconsole)


I do not see how i can set the different cpu level with the grid, i do it using DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER.CREATE_SIMPLE_PLAN,
i can also do it using the dbconsole, but i do not see the way to do it with Enterprise Manager
