Circuit Design dissappearing when Order is Supp-Cancelled

Lately, we have begun to experience situations where circuit designs are disappearing when an order is supp-canceled. This is happening even after the RID is completed and re-opened as part of the cancel in order to back out of the work that has been done in the field. The end result is, the technician is not able to see the design lines and so does not know what to undo in the field. any ideas on why this would be happening? Appears to be new behavior. We are currently using 6.0.16.356.
Would appreciate any feedback/ideas you have. Thanks!
