We are rolling out Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service in 12.1.2 this year. The common problem we've encountered with both is that only descriptive ff's can be displayed via personalization and not key ff's. Since products such as Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Internet Expenses are integrated with HR such that employees' cost center needs to be entered in the Key Accounting flexfield (on the Purchase Order Information tab of the Assignments form), it is mandatory that we allow for the modification of this Cost Center field when promoting, transferring, etc employees in Manager Self Service.
