Mass Changes & Mass Retirement

Hi all

I enable security by book in FA, however when I am do a Mass changes under one of the Sub-Organisation book, the book field does not populate with the book. When I press Tab i got an error message APP-OFA-48588, I What can I do to resolve this? When I go to the Top Organisation the and go to the Mass change Function I can acces the top organisation book and only one of the sub organisation book. Can u say how to correct this, is it a setup issue?

Mass retirement- doing a mass retirement for the same sub-organisation, when I create the retirement, the submit submit an give me a mass retirementnumber, the I go to the Prepare F untion to prepare the mass retirement, but i am not seeing the Batch name I got among the batches. Can anyone say what is the reason for this?
