How Does multiple Bill To set up affect AR aging reports and collections?

AR Aging reports: Currently, collectors are relying upon the AR aging reports to aid their collection efforts. These reports summarize by customer account, not by bill to address. Does Oracle support AR aging reports that summerize data by Bill To address? 

Currently our reports run by Account. What type of changes do we need to make in the system to allow Aging to run by Bill To?
