Cannot see Inbound Emails in Oracle Email Center

 Hello,

I have built a R12.0.6 environment with Email Center and linked it with Microsoft Exchange Server.

When I send an email to the Mailbox, the Download Processor sees it and moves to the Processed Folder and there is no error seen. However, I do not see the message in any of the Email Center tables and it does not appear in any queue.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
