ORA-27086

 Hi, 
we were trying to build a reference system which use 3 oracle DBs, everything went fine and after the installation we restarted the system and the first DB which is in the $ORACLE_SID didn't start, tried to start it manual and managed only to reach the mount stage, when we try to open it we got the following error:

Errors in file /var/cmm/oracle/Storage1/snos/logs/bdump/snos_dbw0_14465.trc:
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 5 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 5: '/var/cmm/oracle/Storage1/spdb/dbf/mmspapp01.dbf'
ORA-27086: unable to lock file - already in use
