Differences in DB objects (Tables, Packages, etc) between 11i and R12

Dears,

Good day,

We are in process of upgrading our Oracle Applications from 11.5.8 to 12.1, and we have a large number of customized DB objects and reports (Tables, Views, Packages, ...etc), so I need to provide me with a document which list the differences between DB objects between 11i and R12.
