below is the reason for transfering to this IB forum.

is Installing Oracle IB is prerequsite for OAT?

Hi,
I am not sure whether you can get away with not installing any of the products you mentioned, at least, not Installed Base cause OAT is in that family.  You would probably be better served by asking the question in the IB community if there is one as they would have more expertise with that.  They might also have access to the HL you requested as I don't have it.  You may also be able to find some further documentation in the TOI section referenced in
