Transfer Assets Between Books

Hi all

1 .Is it possible to transfer assets between books? If is will the asset also transfer to the corresponding Tax book?

2. What is the purpose of the parameter "Drill Down" on the Rxi reports? ( e.g Accum Deprn Report, CIP Cost Balance Report, Asset Cost Balance Report)
