Arguments : A73cum11 to A9.2 or E.1 migration

Hi all,

My customer is evaluating the possibility to migrate from A73pc11 to A9.2. Where could I find out all arguments in favor of this option compared to E9.1 which seems the natural target. Of course , there are lot of client customizations and the technical skill of the IT team is not very high. What about technical, cost (licence/hardware, training,..) duration arguments related to these two options. Any feed back would be appreciated fo both experiences.
