PN:FRM-40200: Field protected against update while trying to access Tenancy DFFs

Hi,

1. Getting FRM-40200: Field protected against update, when entering the descriptive flexfields for the Lease -> Locations (tenancy) for the draft leases only.

Able to add the data by editing the lease is finalized but not for the draft leases. Also this is happening only for some users. Some users are able to access DFF for both draft and finalized leases where as some are able to access only finalized leases.

2. Unable to access the DFFs on the location tab from leases and documents -> enter leases and documents -> find --> Query Approval status 'Draft'  --> open  a lease -> locations -> []
