Errorr While Applying Patch # 8966332

 Dear All
The following error I'm getting while applying the patch # 8966332

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
 FAILED: file ap_apad_missing_sel.sql on worker  1.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

And the Worker log file

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/appltest/apps/apps_st/appl/ap/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ap_apad_missing_sel.sql
ERROR:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: host bind array too small
ORA-06512: at line 1

Can any tell me what could be the problem, Is it the problem with Patch or System.
