Ora-20002: 3136: Item 'Paapinvw/#Synch' Cannot Be Accessed While Synchronous process in progress

 Hi ,
Our Client is having issue while creating distribution lines for a invoice . This is a project based invoice.
when they try to create an distribution , they got error

Ora-20002: 3136: Item 'Paapinvw/#Synch' Cannot Be Accessed While Synchronous

I cheked in metalink and found one note [ 781097.1 ]  but when i looked into it I found the issue is different .

Does anyone has faced this problem earlier ,if yes, can you please provide me a workaround or resolutio to this issue
