iSupport: Problem Codes are not filtered when using a serial number while creating a Service Request
When I try to create a Service Request in Oracle iSupport the Problem Codes/Type is not filtered correctly based on the Serial Number but when I use the product the problem codes are filtered correctly
We want the Problem Codes to be filtered based on the Serial Number because we will be creating service request always by selecting the serial number in ibuSRIdentifyProblem.jsp and not the product
Can you please let me know if Iam missing anything ?
