What need to do remote administration

 Hi,

     I am new on Oracle EM. I see two products EM and EM GRID. I think EM only permit to admin local Oracle instances and EM Grid premits to admin remote Oracle instances. Is it?

  I want to admin several Oracle instances from my PC with windows xp sp3, my PC has not Oracle software installed, what software , version and steps  must I install?
