ADP Taxware Integration(World Tax)

  Hi,

 

I have a customer who built a workflow to integrate Siebel with ADP per the documentation.

 

They followed the Instructions to enable the taxware integration per the instructions and they have set the company id and the company Location  the SUT and the world tax toolkit.

 

Yet they are not able to make any successful call to the ADP software.

 

Is there anynone with a bit experience with Taxware that can shed any light?
