Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible through simple personalization to make the value of description field at PR, RFQ, Quotation, and PO unique

In other words, there is no two purchasing documents have the same description
