OTL: Time Entry - Show Time Balances

 Hello,

Our Time Entry screen has a Show Time Balance item.  When expanded, it shows Banked Time, Personal Leave balance, and Vacation balance.  Except for the members of one union, where it does not show the Vacation balance; it only shows the other two.

I have navigated through the forms for a couple of hours, and cannot find where this is set up.

Can someone tell me how to set up what items to display in the Show Time Balance item?
