Setup Agile to use SSL on a specified port

Anyone have experience or know how you would setup Agile to use SSL on a spefified port. In particular 9.2.2.6 on port 636. We are using LDAP for authentication where you configure the connecting ID, the agent, url, etc. Current url uses port 389. It has been propsed that I use port 636 becuase its secure. Does Agile support using this port? What have others encountered when your trying to secure Agile accross a LAN?
