Modifying User Id through Admin UI

Hi,

In iStore, we can modify a users details and reset password through CRM HTML Admin UI.  But, do we have a way to modify userid through CRM HTML Admin UI.  We need to modify the user ids of all our users.

Please suggest something. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
