Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Enterprise manager in backup & recovery greyed out

I am using 11g with ASM. I just installed and trying to figure out why the backup & recovery buttons are greyed out. Can someone assist?
