Email update message in body of SRs
When I enter an SR I always pick to be notified via email when it is updated. However, it would be nice if the body of the SR did not include the text of those email notifications. (The part that includes: "Please note that your Service Request ###### has been updated.") This just clutters up reading through the SR, especially when a 1 or 2 line response has been entered. They are hard to see. And it adds unnecessary length to the body of the SR.
