Cannot use Budget Wizard to upload Statistical Accounts

Hi All,

Anyone had problem uploading a STAT Budget using web ADI? I'm unable to create document when selecting a STAT code combination. I checked the individual segments within COA and the code combination and all of them have allow budget is enabled.  

Any light on this is really appreciated.
