Advanced Replication is filling up redo logs, Oracle 10g

We've set all or our materialized views on the snapshot side to either fast refresh or force refresh for this particular refresh job.  Still every time the refresh runs, it fills up the logs and is creating space issues.

We have recently migrated from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g running on Windows 2003.

I read somewhere that replication in Oracle 10g, if complete, deletes the materialized views and recreates them, causing redo logs to get filled up, but I set all materialized views to either fast or force refresh.

Please advise,
