Streams EXCLUDE table

I am trying to set up streams using dbconsole.  I am having a major problem with populating the exclude table.  I seem to be trying to add more than the maximum number of tables (125 I think).  Does anyone know if this is the limit, and is there an easier way to populate the exclude table from a list of tables..??
