Pricing attr adjustment upgrade process runs but does not upgrade all records from the old table

Hi,

I am running Pricing attribute adjustment upgrade process on a local db. The job DOES appear to finish but if you check the number of records upgraded to the new pricing tables you notice that it does not upgrade ALL records from the old table.

When running the job once, it creates approximately 100 new records on the siebel.s_dyn_mtrx, but it should be significantly higher, if it ran properly.  If you do a record count on siebel.s_dyn_mtrx and restart the business service you will observe the # of records increase because it starts processing records that were not upgraded previously.
