2nd Legal Entity definition not applying and instead running into Error.

 Hi,
We have a requirement of two LEs and two Ledgers.  While we have completed the first LE and Ledger, the second LE creation giving a problem, while giving the required inputs in the LE screen and trying to APPLY the inputs, it is showing an error as following in the browser ?

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance ?

What does this mean. Anything we have done went wrong ?
