What program is run with Oracle Diagnostis Tool

 We would like to apply VPD rule to the AP and AR test groups within the Oracle Diagnostics Tool, to mask the sentive data from displayed on the report output.  For example, the bank account number is displayed on the output for Invoice Data test script.

Would appreciate it if anyone knows what program get kicked off when Oracle Diagnostics Tool is run?
