How to change 'Request Account' link message in Agile 9.3 ?

Is it possible to change the message that appears when we click on 'Request Account' link in Agile 9.3 ?.Right now it displays the message something link "Agile lets you connect with your supply chain partners. To request a new account, contact..." we want to customize this message according to the needs.
