Competency requirement and Grade
I defined comptency requirement for a position X.
In the competency requirement window I defined low and high level of skill "COMUNICATION", and a grade( for istance 1).
I defined another low and high level of skill "comunication" but with another grade ( for instance 2).
When I create a standard appraisal for an employee (that has the position X and grade 1 in the assignment window) I see two skill:
COMMUNICATION -associate with grade 1
COMMUNICATION-associate with grade 2
in the competecy section.
Why?
I expected in the standard appraisal , competency section, another behavior: I expected I have just one skill, COMMUNICATION -associated with grade 1 ( that is the grade assigned to my employee).
