DB UPGRADE from 9.2.0.5 (HP-UX) to 10.2.0.4 OEL 5.3

 Hi,

I have to upgrade three databases which are in HP-UX Itaniam 11.23.The plan to migrate is fierst create balank database in OEL5.3 VDC

and export dump file from HP-UX and import it in OEL5.3

Please suggest me best method to perform this task.Also if you have faced any issue which you remember then please do mention it here for my help.

Once DB will be upgraded I am suppose to create one standby physical database from Primary database.

Please suggest me some step by step document so that I can perform this task efficiently.
