Receipt date and Transaction date are not same in Iprocurement - Receiving

 Hi,

After receiving a item through i procurement and specifying a receipt date(Not the sysdate) ., and then submitting it . , the receipt date is coming as sysdate where as the transaction date is showing as the entered receipt date initially.

Can anyone throw some light on this.
