Sourcing interface tables

Hi. Is there any documentation how to use Sourcing interface tables.
In the database, there are tables name like %INTERFACE (for example PON_AUC_ATTRIBUTES_INTERFACE).
We have a requirement to import negotiation with requirements and line attributes from external system.
