OTL: Project and Task field in the Time cards in TIme and Labor

 Hi,

I have to enter time cards with Project and task information and import them to Projects and distribute the cost.  In Oracle Time and Labor(OTL), now im not able to see the Project and Task fields in the time card.  I understand that i should select the Projects Time Card Layout to get the Project and Task fields in the timecard layout.  Im using 'Self Service TIme' responsibility now but im not sure where i should select the Projects Time card layout to get the project and task infomration in the time card and what is the OTL responsibility i
